Alternatively email your cancellation request to us by emailing [email protected] remembering to include your transaction ID number If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract in law during the 14 period after receive delivery. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide: you do not want to keep a Product, provided you have not used the product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for any unused Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. You will however be responsible for any returned delivery costs and these costs will include any costs charged to us by the courier if you refuse to accept delivery and the goods are returned by the courier. The estimated costs that you will be charged is £15 for each parcel. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. Provided we have received the returned Products.
